In order to create the best environment for all our little ones to play, we ask our guests to review frequently asked questions and to follow some simple rules.

Our space was designed with your child in mind. We offer 4 imaginary play houses which includes a construction site, vet, farmers market and café! A small soft play area is provided for children under 2 years old. We also have a fun, custom built climbing wall and Cedar Works playground with a slide. You will also find magnet walls, sensory sections and more!

Due to limited capacity, we strongly recommend booking ahead for open play. We cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins, which are subject to capacity and availability. Please check calendar and website for daily availability.

At The Little Lane Play Place, the safety of our guests is our top priority. All areas, including toys and play equipment are cleaned and disinfected between every play session and a deep clean at the end of the day. Sanitizers are provided throughout our place. No shoes are allowed in the play area, everyone must wear socks. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of The Little Lane and use non-toxic products.

Yes. Adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. We are not a drop-off or daycare facility. We designed a space to accommodate caregivers to sit back and relax or feel free to join in on the fun with the children! Each child admission includes one free adult. Any additional adult is welcome for a $5 fee at check-in.

Yes! We love celebrating. You can find our birthday party package under “Parties” on our website. Don’t have a birthday coming up but want to get together with your girlfriends and the kids? Book our Private Playdate option! We also have Special Events, so keep a look out on our website and social media for updates!

Our space is designed for ages 1-6 years old, but any sibling younger or older are always welcome.

Safety is our #1 priority. Our play place is grippy socks only for children. Adults are required to wear socks in the play area. Forgot your socks, don’t worry, grippy socks are available for purchase on site. Children socks are $3 + tax.

- Open play: if it is at least 24 hours before your reservation, we can help you reschedule or will issue you a full refund.
- Private playdate: full refund 7 days in advance.
- Special events and monthly class sessions: non-refundable
- Birthday parties: Deposit returned 14 days in advance, loss of deposit within 7 days. We know things happen, let us know and we can do our best to reschedule your party without the loss of deposit.

We do not issue credits or refunds for no shows. We have families and know children are unpredictable, which is why we offer a credit toward future visits if we are notified in advance. We hope our guests understand we are a small business and when you are a no show, we still have to pay our staff and maintain our facility, without enough time to book another guest.

Infant siblings who are 9 months old and younger are included with admission for open play, and not counted toward the total for private play and parties.

Yes you can come late, but just remember the open play sessions are 90 minutes. You will only be allowed to play within the time frame you reserved.

We prefer if you don’t make your open play session a snack time, but we understand kids get hungry! You are more than welcome to provide a small snack to your child but no food or drinks are allowed in the play area. Please be mindful of other guests and possible allergies. We are a nut-free facility, so leave the nuts and PB&J’s for home!

Yes, everyone must complete the waiver agreement at check out. You can review the waiver here, General Liability Waiver.

NYS Sales tax is 8.125% and credit card processing fees are 3.5%. We don’t like it either!
NOTICE OF RULES
Unless otherwise noted, one responsible caregiver must be present at all times. One additional adult per admission is welcome for an additional cost at check in.
For sessions where masks are required: A mask that covers your nose and mouth are required according to New York guidelines.
Our facility is socks only. Adults and children are required to wear socks. We strongly suggest grippy socks for kids, which may be available for purchase on site for $3/pair.
Sanitizers are provided and required when entering the play area.
If a toy finds its way to a mouth, sneeze, or cough, please bring it to our “yucky bucket” located at the front desk.
Waivers must be signed prior to play. No exceptions. No Waiver, no play is allowed.
We recommend strollers stay in the car or at home. We have limited space and can’t accommodate.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is acting disorderly; including, but not limited to pushing, hitting, biting or other forms of aggression. The safety of our guests and staff is our priority.
If you or your child is experiencing a fever or is sick with any contagious illness we ask that you kindly stay home to rest and return when you are well. Be considerate to other guests.
